Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how BizCalcAtlas handles information when you use bizcalcatlas.com, its business calculators, guides, and contact form. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not intentionally submitted to an application database.
Information we collect or receive
Contact information. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide.
Technical request data. Hosting, network, security, and email providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security or diagnostic logs.
Calculator data. Values entered into calculators are processed locally in the browser. BizCalcAtlas does not intentionally transmit those business inputs to an application server or store them in an application database.
How information is used
- to respond to questions, feedback, accessibility reports, and calculator corrections;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- to detect spam, abuse, fraud, or security incidents; and
- to comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights where required.
Service providers and sharing
Limited information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, deliver, or provide email for the site. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
BizCalcAtlas uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate website usage, such as page views, referral information, and browser or device characteristics. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies and process technical usage data. Calculator inputs are not intentionally included in analytics events.
If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled separately, it may also be used for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. See our Cookie Policy for the current technology description.
Do Not Track and privacy preference signals
Because the current site does not use cross-site behavioral advertising and does not sell or share personal information for that purpose, a browser Do Not Track signal does not trigger a different site experience. Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid opt-out preference signal, we will apply it to any relevant processing. See Privacy Choices.
Retention
Contact messages and related correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational needs and policies of the relevant infrastructure providers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other controls over personal information. Instructions are provided on our Privacy Choices page.
Children's privacy
BizCalcAtlas is a general-audience business utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the contact form. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to this site, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Security issues can be reported through our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure page.

The site may link to third-party websites and first-party platform sources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted on this page and reflected by an updated effective date. This policy is effective September 22, 2026.
