Privacy requests
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may be able to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, or information about how personal data is used or disclosed.
How to submit a request
Email info@bizcalcatlas.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant correspondence. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, payment-card data, or other sensitive information.
Verification
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the person connected with the relevant contact message or is authorized to act for that person. We will use verification information only for the request and related recordkeeping.
Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and analytics
BizCalcAtlas does not currently sell personal information or run behavioral advertising. Google Analytics is used for aggregate site measurement; browser and privacy-tool controls can be used to limit or delete analytics cookies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The current site does not use cross-site behavioral tracking. Browser Do Not Track therefore does not change the site experience. If a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control becomes relevant to processing on this site, we will honor it as required by applicable law.
No discrimination
We will not deny access to the public calculators or guides solely because you make a privacy request or exercise a privacy right that applies to you.
